If the order has not been dispatched, it can be cancelled and a refund would be processed for the same. An order once dispatched cannot be cancelled. If you do not wish to accept the order, you can reject it at the time of delivery.

You can cancel your order by visiting the My Orders page and clicking on the Need Help option to Cancel. Please note: you can only cancel your order till it hasn’t been dispatched by us.

If the order is rejected at delivery, we wait for the items to reach back to us and process the refund immediately after receiving the items. The items added to your cart will remain intact for 24 hours. You can come back & complete the purchase within this timeframe.

If you are returning your product, the refund will be processed immediately within 1 or 2 days after the product has been picked up by us. Once the refund is processed, your bank might take 5-7 days to credit the amount to your account.

We accept product for exchange if our product has physical damage. We do our QC thrice before shipping. Please, send email within 48hours to support@13.126.132.104 or 8778578017 to claim it with photos or video.
We accept exchange only when the product is damaged or wrong size or different colour underwear sent by us. Will crosscheck with the order number and accept it. We do 3 times checking before order is dispatched. We accept the underwear for 1st time customer of WOLVUR only if the concerned person ordered one underwear from us. More than 1 underwear we don’t accept return.
First time Customers can claim refund in Wolvur within 2 days (48 hours) to support@13.126.132.104 or Whatsapp. Once we receive the product from customers, we will evaluate and respond back to your respective email or contact.
